Actor and comedian Ken Jeong has sold his Calabasas, California, home for $2.4 million.
The real-life doctor turned movie star’s Mediterranean-style two-story home was built in 2006 and spans 4,932 square feet. The expansive residence boasts a number of luxury features like high ceilings, an interior courtyard, and two master suites.
Residents are welcomed in via a beautiful vaulted entry before continuing on toward the spacious, open-concept living and dining spaces. The kitchen is bright and airy with a long island, and the dining room is perfectly cozy with a beautiful fireplace.
The new owner was also surely drawn to the library with built-in bookshelves, the covered patio space out back, and the lush backyard complete with a built-in barbecue area. The property exterior incorporates flower-garden landscaping and plantings, an attached pergola, and a patio.
Jeong is best known for his roles on T.V. shows “Community” and “Dr. Ken,” and for starring in the “Hangover” trilogy.
