Former Miami Heat superstar Chris Bosh and his wife Adrienne have just put their Miami Beach mansion on the market. The couple is asking $18 million for the property.
The waterfront estate on North Bay Road was designed by Touzet Studio, and built in 2009. Bosh’s 12,368-square-foot residence holds six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, in addition to boasting a number of luxurious features.
Complete with a sleek and contemporary aesthetic, the La Gorce neighborhood manse is set right on the water with its own private dock. In addition to a guest house and a covered outdoor kitchen, the property incorporates a massive swimming pool.
Wide open living spaces feature double-height ceilings, giving the home a cavernous and airy feel inside, and the future owner can even opt to purchase the furniture in order to maintain the white-washed, contemporary aesthetic.
Bosh purchased the waterfront mansion in 2010 for $12.33 million, just after signing with the Heat alongside Dwyane Wade and LeBron James.
