English singer-songwriter Natasha Bedingfield hit a high note with the sale of her Los Angeles-area home for $4.2 million.

Thehome is located in the Laughlin Park gated community in Los Feliz, and was built in 1953. The 4,800-square-foot home has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and an individual design vision which gives it a one-of-a-kind appeal.

The two-story contemporary house has benefited from a complete remodel in the modern style, and boasts beautiful accents like wood-framed doors, modern fixtures, terrazzo floors, an intimate wet bar and, best of all, several balconies offering incredible views of the mountains, cityscape, and the Griffith Observatory.
