Singer, actress, and “American Idol” winner Jordin Sparks has put her Hollywood Hills home on the market for $1.85 million.

Hoping to hit a high note with a future sale, Sparks purchased the property for $1.5 million roughly four years ago. The 1960-built, ranch-style home extends to 2,509 square feet, and holds four bedrooms and three baths.

The incredible views of the mountains and the Hollywood sign are what really make the L.A. residence stand out. Its interiors include an upgraded kitchen with Carrara marble countertops, a breakfast nook, two fireplaces, and a large skylight that serves as the center of the combination living and dining space.

The backyard is perfect for hosting family and friends with lush landscaping, a large pool, and a fire pit.

Although Sparks became popular after winning “American Idol,” she’s since gone on to appear in film and TV, in addition to releasing three studio albums.
