Rap legend and record producer Bryan “Birdman” Williams has reduced the price of his Miami Beach mansion to $16.9 million.

Originally listed in June for $20 million, the Italian-style estate is filled with luxury amenities and is, despite its grandiose look, significantly cheaper per square foot than some of the neighboring properties. Williams purchased the 2004-build manse back in 2011 for $14.25 million.

The seven-bedroom, 12-bathroom, 20,000-square-foot estate is truly palatial and boasts a master suite fit for a king or queen: Williams combined three of the top-floor bedrooms to create the luxurious suite complete with a sitting area, walk-in closets, two bathrooms, animal-print wallpaper, a fireplace, and two private balconies.

The Palm Island manse also boasts other luxe features like a 13-seat movie theater, two wine cellars, an entertaining bar, and a climate-controlled garage. That’s not to mention the 40-foot-tall entry foyer and the luxurious kitchen with backlit onyx island.

Other amenities include 100 feet of canal frontage, a dock fit for a 100-foot yacht, a sand volleyball court, an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, and a swimming pool with water jets.
