A former home of talk-show host Ellen DeGeneres has hit the market for $1.295 million.

Degeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi purchased the Los Angeles-area penthouse for $835,000 in 2010 and owned the property for three years. The luxe 1,683-square-foot unit is located in a full-service building in Beverly Hills. It underwent a renovation about a year ago.

The two-bedroom, two-bath condo boasts features like custom windows, wainscoting, and detailed molding, in addition to an expansive living and dining area complete with an eat-in kitchen and a fireplace. The main living space also leads out to a private patio.
