“The Real Housewives of New York City” star Bethenny Frankel is offering her New York City apartment for rent.

At $13,000 a month, the future tenant will enjoy the high life in Frankel’s contemporary loft. The unit is located in an 1860-built brick building above Canal Street.  Building amenities include a full-time doorman.

The luxury rental boasts elements like 14-foot ceilings, walnut floors, custom built-ins, an integrated sound system, and an advanced home automation system. Even though visitors enter through a narrow foyer, the central living space is open-concept, and decidedly lofty.

The combined living, dining, and kitchen space boasts a modern aesthetic with a number of floor-to-ceiling windows, a wood burning fireplace, and a small balcony. The 2,392-square-foot condominium features two bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

The Skinny Girl CEO attempted to sell the SoHo neighborhood loft earlier this year with an asking price of $5.25 million, but the unit didn’t find a buyer. It’s currently still available to purchase for $4.495 million. Frankel purchased the unit in 2014, for $4.2 million.
