Luxury watchmaker Cartier has added two new limited-edition timepieces to its Rotonde De Cartier Mysterious Watches collection.
The special lineup now includes the Rotonde de Cartier Skeleton Mysterious Double Tourbillon and the Rotonde de Cartier Mysterious Day & Night. Both watches take inspiration from Cartier’s 20th-century era Mystery Clocks.
Cartier’s Rotonde de Cartier Mysterious Day & Night comes with a 40mm 18-karat white- or pink-gold case. The limited-edition timepiece includes a day & night complication in addition to a 12-hour scale display, a sapphire display caseback, and a hand-wound Caliber 9982 MC offering 48 hours of power reserve.
The Rotonde de Cartier Skeleton Mysterious Double Tourbillon features a 45mm platinum case, skeletonized bridges, and a Caliber 9465 MC movement with 52 hours of power reserve. Both of the luxurious new watches are accented with Cartier’s signature blue sapphire cabochon crown.
The Rotonde de Cartier Skeleton Mysterious Double Tourbillon is available starting at $216,000, while the Rotonde de Cartier Mysterious Day & Night watch runs for $63,000. Only 39 examples of each timepiece will be made available.
