Dave Coulier of “Full House” and “Fuller House” fame has put his Encino, California, home on the market for $1.959 million.
The actor best known for playing Uncle Joey purchased the Los Angeles-area home for $990,000 in 2001. The six-bedroom, ranch-style house formerly known as Lindley Farm was constructed in 1947, and is set on a lush and leafy plot of about one-third of an acre.
Some of the best features of the 3,975-square-foot home include the blend of classic and contemporary elements: brickwork, hardwood floors, and exposed-beam ceilings are among the details in the overwhelmingly warm design vision. The natural center of the home is the open-concept living area, with walls of built-ins, a rusticated fireplace, and views of the lush garden. The large country-style kitchen with black countertops, black hardware, and white cabinetry is a dramatic approach to classic farmhouse charm.
The backyard is perfect for entertaining with a garden entry, an outdoor kitchen, and a swimming pool.
Coulier is a stand-up comic who has lent his voice to shows like “Muppet Babies” and “Robot Chicken,” in addition to formerly serving as the host of “The New America’s Funniest People.”
