After more than a year on the market, comedian Kathy Griffin has sold her Hollywood Hills mansion. The comedian pocketed just under $4.5 million for the property.

The 8,098-square-foot manse is known as “Wings.” Griffin has owned the Los Angeles-area home since 2004, purchasing it for $2.85 million. Even though she didn’t get her original ask of $5.495 million, it looks like the self-proclaimed D-lister still made out very well.

The three-story contemporary estate has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, six fireplaces, and boasts unparalleled views of the canyon. Those views are available from a number of rooms, including the spacious kitchen, living room, and dining room. There’s also a small dining terrace located off of the kitchen for an impromptu alfresco meal or a soak in the spa.

Other standout features include a curved staircase, hardwood and white terrazzo floors, a large entertainment room, and an expansive master suite. The master takes up its own wing on the upper level and offers a number of luxuries like a walk-in closet and dressing room, a bathroom with a hair and make-up station, a massive shower, and French doors that lead out to the swimming pool.

The sassy Bravo TV star recently purchased a 13,177-square-foot manse in a guard-gated neighborhood in Bel-Air Crest.
