Kip Fulks of Under Armour fame has listed his Pennsylvania lodge for $13.5 million.
Although he’s currently on sabbatical, the sportswear brand co-founder is staying busy by preparing his St. Marys estate for sale. The 7,150-acre property holds what is known as North Fork Lodge, and it is one of the largest privately owned Pennsylvania properties.
Surrounded by forest and game lands, the lot boasts a number of historic buildings including a 1920s stone lodge, a ski chalet, and kitchen and dining facilities. Fit to accommodate more than 30 guests, the estate offers visitors a number of activities thanks to a main lake, a trout brook, and a bass pond.
In addition to a private road system with several new bridges, the future residents will also enjoy skeet and trap shooting areas in addition to a ski and sledding slope.
Fulks co-founded Under Armour with CEO Kevin Plank in 1996, and has recently taken advantage of a leave benefit for employees who have dedicated 10 or more years of work to the company.
