Actors Rob McElhenney and Kaitlin Olson have listed their Los Angeles-area home for $2.675 million.
The pair’s East Coast traditional in Sherman Oaks spans roughly 4,000 square feet, and holds four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. In addition to formal living and dining rooms, the home boasts a number of luxurious features.
Standout design elements include blazing white walls, skylights, high ceilings, French doors, and refinished dark hardwood floors for a contemporary look. The residence also has an office/den, and a main-floor en-suite guest bedroom.
The luxe master suite features two walk-in closets, a jetted tub, and a private balcony. The property exterior features a patio and a saltwater pool and spa.
McElhenney is the creator, writer, and producer of “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” and plays the role of Mac; Olson had a starring role in the series for several years as well. McElhenney is currently at work writing and directing the upcoming film “Minecraft: The Movie.” Olson is currently starring in Fox’s “The Mick.”
