The man behind the familiar voice of NPR’s “This American Life” has listed his NYC condo for $1.75 million.

Radio host Ira Glass has listed the one-bedroom Chelsea unit as part of his divorce from editor Anaheed Alani. Glass and now ex-wife Alani purchased the residence in the Carriage House building just five years ago.

The beautiful unit recently underwent comprehensive renovations and features elements like new appliances, new floors, and Toto fixtures. The main gathering space is especially striking, featuring an open-concept floorplan, oversize windows, and a modern kitchen.

The master bedroom deserves attention, as well, as it is now showing off a new dressing room. Beamed ceilings, and a sleek bath with stone tiles give the suite a bit of flash.

The Carriage House Condominium building boasts a common roof deck, a part-time night lobby attendant, and a full-time superintendent.
