Spanish supercarmaker Tramontana has introduced its newest track monster; the unique new speedster is much too dramatic to ignore.
The XTR, as it is called, looks like it might have been beamed in from the future with a two-seat tandem layout and a striking see-through canopy. Between its unique proportions, incredible styling, and powerful performance, the car will certainly raise eyebrows. It’s a brashly youthful expression of supercar design, building on F1 weight relief and aero concerns, but taking them into the stratosphere.
Tramontana’s supercar is a much more aesthetically pleasing take on the company’s older model, the Tramontana R. Thanks to a carbon-fiber body, the refined new model provides a sleeker silhouette with a number of unique styling cues giving the vehicle a strange and marvelous aesthetic all its own.
A massive Mercedes twin-turbo 5.5-liter V12 engine provides the XTR’s juice. It produces 720 hp, and is paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Barcelona-based Tramontana builds each model to the individual customer order.
