Actress Gabrielle Union and pro-baller Dwyane Wade have sold a Los Angeles-area home for $675,000.
Located in the San Fernando Valley community of Woodland Hills, the three-bedroom, two-bath home didn’t even make it to the open market before finding its buyer. Union purchased the unassuming property for $510,000 back in October 2001.
At 1,874 square feet, the couple’s red-tile-roofed home isn’t especially large, but it boasts a number of beautiful features like a combination living-dining room with French doors, hardwood floors, and a fireplace. The kitchen has been recently renovated and includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
The residence also boasts a large deck out back set above a landscaped hillside.
Union starred in a number of 2000s flicks like “10 Things I Hate About You” and “Bring It On,” and she recently appeared on BET’s “Being Mary Jane.” The actress recently sold her other San Fernando Valley property for $1.7 million in June.
