“Bones” actor John Francis Daley has just landed a daringly designed home in Encino, California for $3.9 million. The post-modern contemporary is located at the end of a private drive on about an acre.
The 5,500-square-foot home holds three en-suite bathrooms and 2.5 baths. In addition to a number of luxurious features, the residence boasts panoramic views of the San Fernando Valley.
The interior architecture presents expansive living and entertaining spaces including a sleek kitchen, a turquoise wet bar, and a striking fireplace with a stainless-steel flue suspended in the center of the common area.
One of the finer amenities is the home theater, but the master suite impresses as well with a large walk-in closet and floor-to-ceiling windows. The Los Angeles-area property also features an attached casita with an additional half bathroom, a pool, and a roof terrace with a drop-down screen and projector.
Daley hit it big on the popular series “Freaks and Geeks,” but he’s also a successful writer; he penned the screenplay for the recent film “Spider-Man: Homecoming.”
