Miami Heat guard Dion Waiters has set a new record with the purchase of his Pinecrest mansion.

Waiters’ $7.4-million deal set a neighborhood record for highest sale price, but that shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise. The NBA sharpshooter’s new residence is an expansive Polynesian estate that’s as luxurious as it is expansive. Stretching to 17,714 square feet, the mansion is one of the largest single-family houses in Miami, and leaves little to chance in the way of amenities.

The nine-bedroom, 13-bath manse is set on two acres and boasts a number of luxurious design elements like 20-foot ceilings, large indoor and outdoor kitchens, and three master suites. Nothing short of palatial, the home’s living spaces feature at least two dozen windows for a contemporary and airy feel.

In addition to large indoor and outdoor living spaces and high-end appliances in the kitchens, there’s room for 30 cars out in the courtyard making it the perfect locale for hosting friends and family.

Waiters recently resigned with the Heat for a four-year deal guaranteeing him at least $47.3 million. The NBA star has a 16-point shooting average per game this season.
