Aston Martin is retiring one of its most popular supercars: the production version of the Vanquish S. In honor of the beautiful car, the luxury automaker has introduced the Vanquish S Ultimate to serve as a graceful exit for the critically acclaimed and popular upscale model.
The Vanquish S Ultimate will be available as a coupe or convertible; both versions will be limited to just 175 examples. As expected, each model is beautifully customized with a number of high-end features. For those sad to see the end of production on the current model, the new special edition is a perfect choice.
A number of special details make the Vanquish S Ultimate stand out, including “Ultimate” badges throughout, plenty of carbon fiber inside and outside, and special quilted seats. Interested customers will also be able to select from three exclusive color schemes like White Gold with Bronze, Xenon Grey with Cobalt Blue, and Ultimate Black with Copper Bronze.
There isn’t a powertrain upgrade option for the Ultimate, and it doesn’t really need one; the standard model makes a whopping 595 hp thanks to a 6.0-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine.
Unfortunately, these special vehicles will only be offered to U.K. and German customers.
