Philip M. Condit has put his California Mediterranean-style desert oasis on the market for $9.75 million.
The 13,415-square-foot manse is located in the Coachella Valley, in private golf community Wednesday. Condit and his wife Geda paid $1.4 million for the land back in 2002 before beginning the build of their dream home.
It took 18 months to complete the custom five-bedroom home. Some of the standout features include plenty of indoor-outdoor living spaces, imported travertine flooring, and an expansive chef’s kitchen with granite countertops. The home was designed by Kristi Hanson.
Additional amenities like a 1,500-bottle wine cellar, a 26-seat theater, a games room, and a pool and spa lend to entertaining. The property extends to an acre of land, and features an expansive central courtyard
The master suite is impressive as well with a large fireplace, walls of large windows, and a luxurious his-and-hers bathroom complete with a soaking tub.
