“The Brady Bunch” alumnus Eve Plumb has rented her NYC penthouse for $5,600 a month.
The star who played Jan Brady originally hoped to pocket $6,750 a month for the Manhattan apartment, but the market resisted. Still, Plumb and her husband, Ken Pace, should fare well in the rental enterprise. Pace bought the penthouse last year, for $1.557 million.
The 1,100-square-foot unit is set at the top of a full-service post-war building on the east side of Manhattan. Luxurious elements like Argentine teak hardwood floors and nine-foot ceilings give the two-bedroom, two-bath digs a chic, high-end feel.
In addition to three terraces, the unit boasts a combination living and dining room, in addition to a separate but recently upgraded kitchen with woodgrain and white lacquer cabinetry, and a breakfast bar. The master suite is well-equipped with an ensuite bathroom, three closets, and a private terrace.
Plumb and Pace are the owners of at least two other NYC units, and they previously also owned a number of California properties. Recently, Plumb has appeared in the CBS show “Blue Bloods,” and the Hulu series “The Path.”
