Actor Jason Biggs and writer-actress Jenny Mollen have purchased a contemporary-designed NYC condo for $7 million.

Located in lower Manhattan in the West Village building, the couple’s 3,000-square-foot unit boasts a number of luxurious features like solid oak herringbone floors and double-glazed UV-protected windows.

In addition to four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the pair’s new digs boasts a 30 foot-long trapezoidal shaped combination living and dining area, with the open-concept kitchen accented with mahogany cabinetry and slab marble countertops.

The West Village building features a broad array of amenities, including a fitness facility, a climbing wall, a half-court basketball court, a spa, a courtyard garden, a fully staffed lobby, and a paneled library curated by Assouline Publishing.

Biggs is best known for starring in the “American Pie” franchise films, and, more recently, Netflix’s “Orange is the New Black.” Mollen is the creator of and co-star in the autobiographical digital series “I Like You Just the Way I am.” Biggs and Mollen’s former NYC co-op is currently under contract.
