“The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Kelly Dodd has pocketed $5 million with the sale of her Corona Del Mar beach house.

Originally listed for $6.25 million, the multi-level, five-bedroom Mediterranean-inflected home stretches to 4,370 square feet, and is located right next to Big Corona Beach. In addition to incredible views of the ocean and harbor, the Orange County home boasts a number of high-end revisions.

Dodd and estranged husband Michael purchased the home for $3.575 million three years ago and proceeded to make a number of interior upgrades. One of the most impressive updates is the sleek, bright white chef’s kitchen complete with a gold-accented La Cornue range.
