Fashion designer and former “The Hills” star Lauren Conrad recently sold her Brentwood home. She gladly accepted an offer of $4.525 million for the property.

Conrad pocketed roughly $30,000 over the asking price for the Los Angeles-area home; she purchased the house for $3.651 million about three years ago. The six-bedroom, 1950s-built Traditional home is set behind a private gate at the top of a sloping driveway.

The interior look matches the designer’s own aesthetic with a simple, chic style. White walls, white painted ceiling beams, and a whitewashed brick fireplace offer a clean aesthetic, while neutral accents and dark hardwood floors give the home a warmer feel.

In addition to the open-plan living spaces with a large dine-in kitchen, there’s also a breakfast nook overlooking the backyard, an office, and walk-in closets in each bedroom. The master suite is especially luxurious with beautiful picture windows, a sitting area, and an expansive walk-in closet.

The backyard is impressive as well, and incorporates a lush green lawn, and a brick patio for enjoying a cocktail in the evening.

Conrad originally found fame on the reality TV series “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County.” She’s since gone on to establish several fashion lines, and to authorship: she’s published nine novels.
