Supercar maker Rezvani has switched things up by going from Beast to monster: they’re introducing a bold new sport utility vehicle.
Dubbed Tank, the off-road monster is based on a Jeep Wrangler with a military-inspired look thanks to knobby off-road 37-inch tires, high ground clearance, and bullet-resistant Kevlar armor. Under the hood there’s plenty of juice: a SRT-sourced 6.4-liter V8 engine provides enough power for difficult terrain, tough jobs, and fast getaways.
Rezvani shows off its cutting-edge skill set with a number of advanced features like night vision, thermal cameras, a Kevlar fuel tank, B6 glass, and suicide-style back doors. The striking lines of the chassis give the Tank a decidedly uber-engineered look. As Rezvani’s newest offering, it fits right in, and seems like a natural extension of their design ethos.
The interior is simple but chic with a head-up display, a 7.9-inch infotainment screen, a suede headliner, and hand-stitched leather seats. Customers can select from a number of additional extras, including ballistic armor and military-grade flat tires.
Rezvani’s Tank will be available later this year. Prices start at $178,500.
