Rolling Stone Keith Richards and his partner Patti Hansen have put their NYC penthouse on the market once again, this time with an asking price of $12 million.
This is the third time the guitarist and definitive rock-and-roll lifestyle expert has listed the Greenwich Village unit. Richards and Hansen purchased the West Village property as a pied-a-terre in 2014, for $10.5 million.
Located in a popular co-op in a beautiful neighborhood, the three-bedroom duplex underwent a complete renovation in 2011 at the hands of Joe Serrins; it now features a flexible fourth bedroom/office space, and a contemporary aesthetic.
The 2,700-square-foot open-concept floor plan is bright and expansive, and 47-foot long combination living and dining space presents enchanting views of the Village. Three separate private terraces offer a wealth of entertainment and exterior lounging options.
Richards’ master suite is luxurious as well and features two large walk-in closets and a well-appointed bathroom with a steam shower, a double vanity sink, and a soaking tub.
