Two-time World Series Giants champ Aubrey Huff is hoping to hit a home run with the re-listing of his San Diego home. Huff is asking $4.4 million for the property.
Huff listed the house last year for $4.1 million, but he has since renovated the Rancho Pacifica neighborhood home. The single-floor modern Italianate-style home measures just over 8,100 square feet, and is set on a one-acre lot.
Interior architecture includes arched doorways and stone pillars. Large windows give the home a feeling of grandeur while a vaulted living room and a chef’s kitchen with wood cabinetry add a modern flair.
The future owner will also surely enjoy the massive master suite that occupies its own wing in the home with dual walk-in closets, a wet bar, a stone fireplace, and a raised spa tub.
One of the most unique features of the home is the indoor-outdoor living room, which provides a nice sense of flow to the expansive backyard’s lush landscaping and lagoon-style pool. There is also a fire pit, an in-ground trampoline, and a basketball court for entertaining or improving one’s game.
The former San Francisco Giants player enjoyed a 13-year MLB career, including a Silver Slugger Award in 2008 and two World Series titles.
