“Late Night” host Seth Meyers and his wife Alexi have put their NYC condo on the market for $4.5 million.
The duo purchased the two-bedroom West Village duplex for $3.525 million back in 2013. Located on the 12th floor at 302 West 12th Street, the quaint 994-square-foot apartment boasts a unique mid-century modern aesthetic and a number of luxe amenities.
The sunken living room is the heart of the unit with a wood-burning fireplace, while the small renovated kitchen is just two steps up and decked out with a wine refrigerator, white cabinetry, and a farmhouse sink.
Because of the size of the unit, the master bedroom isn’t especially large. However, Meyers was able to reimagine the space in order to add two walk-in closets and a large steam shower. The second bedroom is also ensuite, and clad with hardwood floors as well.
The building dates to 1929, and was originally designed as a luxury residential high-rise. It was revised in the mid-1980’s, and features a roof deck with spectacular views of the Village, and the Hudson River.
Last year, the Meyers couple purchased a 10-room duplex near Washington Square Park for $7.5 million, so they should be well ensconced for the time being.
