Actor Joshua Malina has just listed his Malibu home for a trifle more than $1.7 million.

The “Scandal” actor purchased the Southern California home back in 2001 for just $675,000. Nestled in the mountains above Malibu’s Las Flores beach, the ranch-style house contains three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in roughly 2,300 square feet.

Luxe features like wide plank hardwood floors, French doors, and a white brick fireplace give the home a classic feel, while a quirky kitchen with high-end appliances and a checkerboard-pattern floor adds charm.
