Singer Sébastien Izambard of Il Divo has just relisted his Malibu estate, with a price reduction. The French performer is now asking $12.95 million for the property. Izambard had offered the 1979-built home for $15.9 million last year, but found no takers.
The beautiful farmhouse-style home has undergone comprehensive renovations and is set on more than four acres above Zuma Beach. But, Izambard should take heart: the five-bedroom contemporary is completely modernized with a number of luxurious amenities like cathedral ceilings, skylights, and oak floors. The nearly 20% decrease in asking should stimulate a sale during the fall buying season.
In addition to the main house, which boasts an expansive living room with incredible garden and ocean views, the property also incorporates a one-bedroom guesthouse and a converted two-bedroom barn. The barn is the perfect additional guest space, with a rustic aesthetic and a lofted sleeping space.
Guests and residents alike will enjoy the spacious grounds replete with vegetable gardens, a horse corral, several patios, fruit orchards, a playground, and a tennis court.
