Grammy award-winning musician Kenny Loggins has just sold his Santa Barbara home for $2.65 million.
Set on a full acre, Loggins’ former Hacienda-style home was built in 1960. In addition to a four-bedroom main house, the property includes a guesthouse. The land features stunning views of the Santa Barbara mountains.
Inside, the new owner will enjoy a number of communal spaces including a formal living and dining room, in addition to a family room with a wet bar. Features like beamed ceilings, several fireplaces, and stone and tile floors give the home its rustic and luxurious feel.
The single-story also features a library/den, a modern kitchen, and pocketing glass doors leading to the backyard complete with patios and a built-in barbecue.
Loggins, who found success as part of rock-pop duo Loggins and Messina and as a solo artist, owns at least two other California properties.
