A Hawaii ranch that formerly belonged to NFL star Terry Bradshaw has just sold for $1.43 million.

Located on the Big Island off the Kohala Coast, the Hawaiian ranch-style house holds five bedrooms across roughly 3,400 square feet. The Steeler great’s former digs boast a Hawaiian aesthetic with a number of unique design elements.

Handmade Koa wood floors, African ribbon mahogany cabinets, and a covered lanai offering incredible ocean views await the new owner. Outside, landscape lighting and tiki torches surrounding the solar-heated spa with waterfall, enhancing the tropical atmosphere. But the real draw is the land: the property extends to twelve acres on the ocean.

Additional amenities include energy-efficient solar panels, several skylights, and sliding glass doors offering scenic views. Bradshaw owned the home for about two years, and sold it in 2016.
