Comedian-actress Tig Notaro has just purchased a beautiful Los Angeles home for just under $2.5 million.

The completely remodeled traditional-style is located on a palm-tree lined street in L.A.’s Larchmont Village area. At 3,100 square feet, the home holds five bedrooms and four bathrooms, and features fully updated electrical, heating, and plumbing systems.

The Ivy-covered house boasts more than a few uniquely appealing elements: black granite kitchen countertops, two sets of French doors, built-in bookshelves, and an original Batchelder tile fireplace in the formal living room are all pleasing interior features, and give the home a high charm factor. The master suite is impressive, too, with an office area, private terrace, walk-in closet, fireplace, and a claw-footed bathtub as highlights.

The property exterior includes a covered patio with a fireplace, a built-in barbecue, and an outdoor sound system for enjoying fair-weather quality time with friends and family.

Notaro recently appeared in “Transparent” and is currently starring in the semi-autobiographical dark comedy “One Mississippi.” The stand-up star also owns another L.A.-area home in the Hollywood Hills that she purchased in 2014 for $1.25 million.
