Miami Dolphins wide receiver Kenny Stills just purchased a beautiful riverfront mansion in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and it looks like it was a great catch.
Although the property was listed for $2.825 million in October, Stills paid just $2.425 million for the waterfront home. Built in the mid-1960s, the colorful house is situated on a corner lot on the New River, and stretches to 4,000 square feet. It holds four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The Caribbean pastel-hued home features bursts of bright colors inside and an equally bright blue exterior. In addition to the expressive color palette, the home boasts vaulted ceilings, an open layout, an updated kitchen, and French doors that lead out to the spacious deck.
Of course, with 421 feet of private waterfront and nearly an acre of land, Stills is sure to spend plenty of time outside on the river, in the pool, or enjoying the outdoor kitchen, dining and lounge area.
Stills began his NFL career in 2013 with the New Orleans Saints before being drafted by the Dolphins in 2015. He recently signed a four-year contract extension worth $32 million.
