Actor Alexander Skarsgård, best known for his role on HBO’s “True Blood,” has just landed a luxe apartment in the East Village.

Skarsgård’s new digs formerly belonged to Parker Posey, and it’s rumored that he paid $300,000 more than the asking price to land the floor-through NYC unit. Located on the fourth floor, the unit holds one bedroom and one bathroom, but it could be converted into a two-bedroom easily.

The 1,100-square-foot co-op style apartment boasts beautiful features like exposed brick walls, an exposed raw timber ceiling, wide plank floors, and built-in bookshelves. The loft-style space also features an antique marble fireplace and a wall of casement windows.

The actor, who has also appeared in a number of films, recently received a 2017 Emmy nomination for his role in the mini-series “Big Little Lies.” He is the son of legendary Swedish actor Stellan Skarsgård.
