Houston Rockets point guard Chris Paul is hoping to make a major play in the real estate market by relisting his Bel-Air mansion for $9.249 million.
The former Clipper’s digs stretch to 12,184 square feet, with eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms throughout. The Mediterranean-style estate, a one-time home of singer Avril Lavigne, had been listed as pending with a sale price of $10.25 million. But the beautiful home recently reverted to active status, and is again available for purchase.
Located in Bel-Air Crest, the expansive home was recently renovated and boasts standout features like white gallery walls and beautifully contrasted hardwood floors. Other luxe amenities include a billiards room, a sauna, an elevator, a wine cellar, a 12-seat theater, and a ten-car garage.
The home is centered by an ultra-luxurious master suite complete with a fireplace and kitchenette. The property also boasts Fleetwood doors that open to lush lawns and a swimming pool and sunlounge.
Paul was traded from the Clippers to the Rockets in June. He is a nine-time NBA All-Star.
