Harry Potter fans, get ready! The property that inspired Harry Potter’s childhood home in the film adaptations of the popular book series is now available for nearly $1.3 million.

Anything related to the magical world J.K. Rowling built is sure to have value, but the fact that this home truly resembles the one from the film is sure to cast a spell on a well-heeled fan. Located in Suffolk County, England, the 3,165-square-foot home might look like Potter’s house, but it’s only filled with good magic.

While it looks nearly as old as Hogwarts from the front, the idyllic six-bedroom Elizabethan charms and enchants with a number of fireplaces, wall paintings, ornate carvings, and an ultra-rare stone spiral staircase. The facade is defined by brick, exposed timber, and leaded glass.

Out back, there’s a quaint garden with an alfresco dining patio that suggests classic English country cottage more than it does “Dark Lord.” Voldemort would surely find distaste in the cottage plants, including roses, irises, lavender, and honeysuckle.

Even though many will always consider it Harry Potter’s house, it’s actually called the De Vere House, and named for the second richest family in Medieval England. With its historical and pop-cultural associations, the special English cottage is sure to be swept off the market as quickly as you can say “Expelliarmus!”
