Former Lakers player Derek Fisher has just relisted his Hidden Hills estate for $6.195 million.
The six-bedroom Los-Angeles area home stretches to more than 9,400 square feet and is located in a gated equestrian community. Fisher paid $5.5 million for the home back in 2009, and he’s made several upgrades to the Traditional-style during his term of ownership.
The former point guard opted for custom paint work, hickory wood floors, and Venetian plaster walls. Additionally, the kitchen was upgraded with marble countertops, warming and cooling drawers, and two islands.
There are plenty of luxe amenities befitting a former Laker, including a screening room for watching classic games. An executive office, a wood-paneled den, a home theater, an elevator, and a beautiful two-story foyer round out the profile of the interiors.
In addition to a guest house, the backyard boasts a custom swimming pool and spa, an outdoor fireplace, and a two-stall barn.
