NBA star Stephen Curry has sold his San Francisco-area home for $2.94 million. The house entered the market in October of last year.
While Curry is known for making big moves on the court, he certainly missed the shot with his East Bay home since he purchased the property two years ago for $3.2 million and failed to sell the property for his original asking price of $3.7 million.
Located in Walnut Creek, California, the 7,520-square-foot Mediterranean-style home has been recently remodeled, featuring wood and stone floors, picture windows, and high ceilings. There’s also a separate guesthouse and a four-car garage on the property.
Some of the highlights include a marble-lined chef’s kitchen, a great room library, and an entire lower wing built for entertaining with a wet bar, game rooms, and a large 2,000-bottle wine cellar.
The Golden State Warriors guard secured his second NBA title thanks to a 25.3 point average and 6.6 assists. He’s recently signed a $201-million contract with the Warriors.
