Ducati has introduced a 2018 version of their dirt-bike slash urban ride, the Hypermotard 939, and it boasts a fresh color scheme paired with a few notable changes to the design.
One of the new features is Ducati’s Safety Pack. This pack includes the eight-level Ducati Traction Control, three-level ABS, and a trio of preset Riding Modes that are able to handle any type of road and riding conditions.
Other design facets of the Ducati Hypermotard 939 include a Kayaba upside-down 43mm fork and a Sachs shock that offers adjustable damping, Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tires. The upgraded Hypermotard 939 SP edition boasts an upside-down 50mm fork from Ohlins.
Powering the Hypermotard 939 is Ducati’s 937cc Testastretta 11-degree engine that has graced previous model years. But Ducati has tuned it up a little, and it now makes 110 horsepower instead of 100.
The 2018 Hypermotard 939 features an all-white body with a bold red trellis frame and red wheels.
