“Rizzoli and Isles” actor Adam Sinclair has just unloaded his Los Angeles-area duplex for $1.689 million.
Located in Culver City, the units’ price has been reduced from $1.898 million. However, since Sinclair purchased them for $920,000 back in 2006, he’s sure to make a good profit.
Boasting 1,562 square feet of living space, the first unit holds three bedrooms and one bath, while the second unit has a single bedroom and bathroom.
The Spanish-style main house features arched doorways, and while the duplex was originally built in 1925, it still holds plenty of its original charm. Elements like double-hung windows and a tile roof continue the classic appeal.
Of course, the units do boast modern upgrades, including a stylish kitchen with custom cabinets and a farmhouse sink. Another fun feature is the two-car garage that’s been reimagined as an entertaining area with barn-style doors and beamed ceilings.
In addition to his role on “Rizzoli and Isles,” Sinclair’s credits also include “Van Wilder 2: The Rise of Taj” and the soon-to-be-released “The Vicar’s Wife.”
