Former Los Angeles Galaxy sharpshooter Landon Donovan has just pocketed $1.955 million. The soccer star sold his downtown L.A. condo, faring quite well with the sale.

The corner unit of the Ritz-Carlton at L.A. Live features luxe amenities like high ceilings, modern styling, and expansive windows offering views of the mountains, ocean, and city.

Located near the Staples Center, the condominium is centrally situated. However, at 1,920 square feet, the open floor plan unit feels as if it’s set apart from the hustle and bustle.

Donovan’s former digs boasts two bedrooms, three bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, and an office area. Additionally, the building includes luxe additions like a fitness center, a rooftop swimming pool, and concierge and valet services.

The soccer star is a six-time winner of the MLS Cup, and, after recently coming out of retirement for a short period, has permanently retired from the game.
