Former Hollywood co-host Katie Wagner has just listed her Valley Village home in greater L.A. Wagner is asking $1.199 million for the property.

The ranch house was built back in 1948, and it boasts design elements exposed brick, classic white siding, and a red front door. At 2,018 square feet, there’s ample living space. The home contains four bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

Wagner’s digs feature updated living areas with a light paint job and wide-plank oak floors. In addition to a living room with a fireplace, there’s also a quaint sunroom connected to the kitchen.

From the modern kitchen, the future owner will enjoy views of the backyard and swimming pool. There’s also room for guests in a separate pool house.

The home was last on the market in 2003 when it sold for $657,000. While Wagner is saying goodbye to the beautiful home, she’s keeping busy, including working on an online radio show, “InnerView with Katie & Voxx.”
