For fans of Triumph motorcycles that want a little more speed than the classic style offers, the British maker has a new lineup of bikes dubbed the 2018 Street Triple.

Built for speed, the street triple features a 765cc liquid-cooled three-cylinder engine that has been combined with a bunch of tech upgrades designed to give the models a significant bump in acceleration. All of the models come with a six-speed transmission, a chain drive, traction control, and, lastly, an ABS system with dual-disc brakes. Each enhanced model features a 56-inch wheelbase and a dry weight of 366 pounds.

The lineup consists of the Street Triple S, the Street Triple R, and the Street Triple RS, with the latter model designed for the race track. Pricing starts at $9,900, and ranges to $12,500.

The S model comes with Showa shocks and suspension, a Nissin front disc brake with a Brembo unit in the rear, and a total output of 111 horsepower and 54 pound-feet of torque.

The slightly more advanced R model offers 116 horsepower and 57 pound-feet of twist from its liquid-cooled three-cylinder powerplant. Upgrades from the base model include a new LED headlight, a low-ride height model, and Brembo brakes in both the front and rear.

Last but not least, the RS model comes with an upgraded suspension featuring Ohlins shocks in the rear and Showa forks in the front. This upgrade is necessary because of the extra horsepower, now 121 hp, created by the 675cc engine. The top of the range unit also comes with a lower chain guard and a quicker shifter for clutchless shifting between gears.
