Miami Heat guard Tyler Johnson is making moves off the court with the listing of his Pinecrest mansion for $5.25 million.

Johnson is making a quick flip: he purchased the 12,000-square-foot home less than a year ago for $4.8 million. The Florida home holds six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, in addition to a media room, entertaining room, elevator, and a basketball half-court.

Since purchasing the home, Johnson has upgraded the basketball court, and added a playground and in-ground trampoline. The backyard also holds a pool with a cabana for relaxing outside with friends and family.

Johnson, who joined the Heat in 2014, recently signed a four-year contract for $50 million guaranteed. He and his fiance, Ashley Fletcher, are looking for a smaller home that better suits their family.
