Hollywood producer/talent manager Eric Gold and actress/writer/producer Marcy Kaplan have just listed their beautiful Beverly Hills mansion for $16.5 million.
The Tinseltown pair purchased the luxurious English Tudor home back in 2006 for $8.8 million, and since then, they’ve added their own upgrades and stylish flair. Built in the 1920s, the manse stretches to more than 11,000 square feet, and is set on an expansive half-acre-plus lot.
Gold and Kaplan’s six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home boasts luxe features like a black-and-white marble checkerboard floor, a wood-paneled billiards room, and a large family room complete with Tudor-arch French doors.
Additional amenities include a gourmet kitchen, breakfast room, and wet bar, in addition to a one-bed, one-bath guesthouse with a full kitchen. The backyard is impressive, t0o, with a swimming pool, spa, sports court, and a stone-paved dining terrace.
Gold is best known for producing “Scary Movie” and working as a manager to Ellen DeGeneres, while Marcy Kaplan worked on “JAG” and “The Pre-Nup.” The Kaplan-Golds also own a Malibu home that’s currently available for just under $14 million.
