Actor Mark-Paul Gosselaar is offering a Sherman Oaks home as a rental. The actor—whose most recent television appearance was in Fox’s baseball-oriented drama ‘Pitch’—is asking $13.5K/month for the house, which he purchased in the summer of 2014 for $2.3 million.

A fairly spacious home, the French country-inspired house measures in at 5,266 square feet. There are five bedrooms and five baths throughout. The home’s façade is distinguished by brick and wood construction, with a good variety of window shapes and styles, and a low-pitched, shingled roof. The construction dates to 2005.

The interior features a staircase with wood risers and treads, and an ornamental wrought-iron balustrade. Floors are plank hardwood, and walls and ceilings offer a pleasing contrast of gray and white. Dramatically designed tray ceilings lend the space a sense of liberation, and give the interiors a little additional visual interest. Arched doorways and galley add a softening influence.

The kitchen is well-executed in beige, with custom hardwood cabinetry, granite countertops and island cap, and stainless; the tonal range extends to some extent to the bathrooms, with similar cabinetry, and marble vanities. The master bath features a very attractive step-up soaking tub in marble, a double vanity, a steam shower, and sandstone tile floors.

The property exterior features expansive lawns and a patio and grill area on a little more than four-tenths of an acre.

Gosselaar is best known for playing the character Zack Morris on the ‘Saved by the Bell’ series and spinoffs, and for playing the role of Det. Clark on ‘NYPD Blue’ for the last four seasons of the program.
