Kris Jenner purchased this house, which recently sold for $2.44 million, for son Rob Kardashian. The home in Calabasas had been initially listed in January of this year, for $2.7 million, before being reduced prior to the sale to $2.55 million. Jenner picked up the traditional for $2.3 million in the spring of last year.

The home’s façade features a portico entry with supporting columns, a bay window, and a covered patio. The construction dates to 2005.

The interior living spaces measure a little over 4,250 square feet, with four en-suite bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, and a double-height great room with first and second floor windows.

A simple combination of mid-toned hardwood and off-white walls, the toning alternates from cool to warm; the kitchen’s beige granite countertops and island cap combine with the wall color to make for a great deal of soft warmth. Other living spaces are presented in a very subtle gray, picking up the home’s exterior color.

The property exterior makes the most of very limited space, managing to fit a fairly large pool and a grilling station, and an elevated patio with a spa and a fire pit into the lot. Lawns are limited, but a fair number of mature trees along the perimeter of the home provide some privacy.

Jenner and her son Kardashian continue to be staples of the reality-T.V. show circuit.
