Soap opera actress Noelle Beck has just unloaded her Manhattan townhome for $13.5 million.
The star known for her role on ABC’s “Loving” waited more than two years for the unit at 243 East 17th Street in Gramercy to sell. Beck and husband Eric Peterson set the bar high, and waited.
The 6,494-square-foot townhouse extends across four levels, with seven bedrooms and 5.5 baths throughout. Its current configuration includes an incredible four-bedroom owner’s unit in addition to two one-bedroom units.
Luxe features like a Clive Christian kitchen, moldings, five fireplaces, and impressive views of Stuyvesant Square Park make it a classic Manhattan townhouse. The detailed craftsmanship is spectacular. The building dates to the 1920’s.
Originally listed for just under $17 million, the home’s asking price had slowly decreased since its initial listing in 2014. However, Beck and Peterson purchased the home in 1997 for $1.6 million, so they’ve still made a handsome profit on the sale.
