Actress Alyson Hannigan has listed her penthouse in Atlanta. The ‘Buffy…’ and ‘American Pie’ star purchased the condo in 2014 with husband Alexis Denisof; the couple is now asking $1.35 million for the property.

The unit is located in the White Provision Residences, an upscale residential and lifestyle building in Atlanta’s West Midtown district. The complex is a repurposed warehouse and attached high-rise, and is now a destination in the city’s downtown, offering upscale shopping and dining options.

The condo’s design aesthetic champions light and space—ceilings are 14’ high, and banks of oversize windows give the place a nice sense of interior/exterior flow, and a sense of continuity with the city landscape. Brazil wood flooring has a nice texture, and is dark enough to ground the spaces, which are finished in white. The interior architecture is thoroughly modern, and an abrupt angularity, which is a nice contrast against the open-concept, loft-like living areas.

The condo contains a master suite, a second en-suite bedroom, and a guest bedroom. The master features a private balcony, and a straightforward bath. The condo’s three baths all use subway tile, which establishes a little motif with the kitchen.

The White Provisions building offers residents a lap pool, fitness center, and guest suite.

Hannigan and Denisof purchased a large contemporary in Encino several months ago. Hannigan is currently at work as a host on ‘Penn & Teller: Fool Us.’
