Professional surfer Kelly Slater—written up in surf rags since he was fourteen, and a regular sight at so-called ‘monster hole’ near Sebastian Inlet, Florida—has completed his spiritual journey to residential Oahu with a home purchase on the island’s north shore. Located in Haleiwa, just a few miles from storied breaks Pipeline, Sunset, and big Waimea Bay, the property consists of a main house, a guest house and a caretaker’s cottage.
